3. Application Process
For applications, we use the services of our partner rexx systems GmbH, Süderstraße 75–79, 20097 Hamburg, Germany. rexx systems processes application data on behalf of Datenlotsen Education Systems GmbH. Your information will, of course, be used exclusively for processing your application. During the application process, personal data about you will be processed, which may vary depending on the vacancy. The legal basis for processing your personal data within the application process is Section 26 BDSG and Art. 6(1)(a), (b), and (f) GDPR. If no employment contract is concluded, your personal data will be deleted six months after completion of the application process unless you have expressly consented to longer storage.

In this case, the personal data transmitted with the email will be stored. The data will not be passed on to third parties and will be used exclusively to process your inquiry. The legal basis for processing the data with user consent is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. The legal basis for processing data transmitted by email is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. If the email contact aims at concluding a contract, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Data will be deleted once it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected, i.e. when the conversation with the user has ended.

Personal data is generally not transferred to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so, the transfer is required to perform a contractual relationship, or you have explicitly consented. Data is only shared with affiliated companies and service providers acting on our behalf in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. These service providers receive only the personal data necessary for their specific task and are prohibited from using it for other purposes. We aim to process your data within the EU/EEA.
